Booking, Payment & Availability

BOOKING PROCEDURE

When making your booking, please ensure you have thoroughly read & understood our Rates, Terms & Conditions for Booking prior to making your reservation. You will be asked to sign and return a rental agreement and provide a non-refundable 25% deposit to reserve your accomodations. You may scan & email it to bookings@mtwashingtonchalet.com. Dates for a booking will be reserved once the rental form and deposit have been received by us. We will confirm the reservation via email unless otherwise arranged with us at time of booking.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Please refer to our Rates, Terms & Conditions to ensure you understand them before proceeding to payment. When you are ready, payments may be made by credit card (MasterCard or VISA only) or Interac e-transfer. Credit card payments will appear as "mtwashingtonchalet.com". Payments must be received within the timeframes specified in our Rates, Terms & Conditions .

AVAILABILITY

You can check availability here, though actual availability will vary based on other bookings in process. Bookings will be listed in each day. Contact bookings@mtwashingtonchalet.com to secure your dates.
